With those four facts we can name a fare, a date that suits and the route that fits it, without the three rounds of questions that most enquiries need.

E-mail reaches the same team and suits longer letters, a guest list or a company's purchasing office. The planning form further down writes a WhatsApp message for you and opens the app on your phone, so that nothing is sent until you press send.
